We bought a brand new Coleman tent which leaked like a sieve the first time. I have emailed the online shop and they have said they are waiting for response from Coleman. We go to France in two weeks. Getting very twitchy! We bought it in April but not used in the rain until recently. (Dartmoor down pour). Surely if Coleman can't hurry up & replace then the online shop should refund? Also bit worried about it happening again. 😱 any other advice?
