Tiny campsites in France, Holland, Germany?

May be seeking the impossible..trying to find tiny campsites in France, Germany or Holland..planning a rough route down from Calais to around Stuttgart (attending wedding there in August) and then back through Holland. We don't need kids clubs, large restaurants, entertainment - really the quieter and smaller the better, with space and peace being a main requirement but it's tricky to find sites online..any recommendations gratefully received..my kids would be happy with a stream rather than a pool (but even the stream isn't essential!) ideally a pool in a local town would keep them content - I know Germany has an amazing chain of outdoor public pools from previous trips, but haven't been to France for a while..

Hello op. This place in northern Netherlands is just gorgeous Close to a little town but very very quiet and idylllic. Only "facilities" is a little hit selling croissants and coffee in the morning but the people in the office are super helpful if you want to rent boats, bikes etc.

This is a picture I took last August when we were there

Should add that there's a small roped off paddling / swimming area in the lake. And so lovely to sit and watch them in the lakeside

We joined this a couple of years ago for camping in the Netherlands. Nice sites,

Camping Schwarzwald looks nice, and only has 36 pitches. Good reviews on the ACSI app too.
We recently did a trip to Strasbourg and beyond, and had a stopover at Camping Freiburg. It is quiet but not a lot of space, but great for a 1 night stopover if arriving midday as you can walk into Freiburg and have a good explore, meal or drink and wander back - 1 day is enough to see the city and it’s worth a trip.
We stayed at a municipal site in Metz on the Moselle, municipal pool next door (indoor pool though) but there are loads of sites along the Moselle.

These are all small and friendly and located in the North East of France.
