anyone been to Holmsley camp site in new forest??

we're going there at the end of the month over bank holiday.

has anyone been before and any advise? we also thinking of taking the kid's scooters - what do u think??

I've been to the others there (going to Holmsley in July for my birthday) yes, Iwould suggest sccooters are excellent for all Forest Holiday sites! (just though, so many aprents seemed to not be watching their kids when we went last weekend and one even cycled into our car- if it hadn't been stationary in a queue he'd have been under the wheels of our Espace! do remember the roads can get busy, best to find a patch of grass or something)
