Camping on a sun lounger

Am I mad to do it going to a festival this summer got a nice new tent and wanted an upgrade from an air matresss. Would sleeping on a sun lounger with mattress topper thing made for sun lounger be a bad idea. It’s long enough for me and it lies flat

I would. I take unreasonable amounts of bedding to festivals. Just bear in mind how much stuff you have to trek across miles of field to get to where you’re camping. Get a cart or a wheelbarrow!

We have a cart a lovely new tent taking some comfy bedding and pillows in the new tent we get a room each

Any things to make it more comfy we have sun loungers trolly posh toilet tickets brining a proper pillow

if you think it will be comfortable for you i dont see why not, you will regret it if you end up in pain or a terrible night sleep, i always find i sleep the best when camping sleeping on airbed then my bed at home but i think that has more to do with been in quiet relaxing holiday environment then the actual bed.

i do not find sunloungers comfty at all and prefer sunbathing on a pilates/yoga mat which is easy to carry with a handle but i guess with the mattress topper you will be comfty and well above the ground which is another bonus
