campsite near cambridge for this weekend please!

A friend is looking for a campsite near cambridge to take her camper van to this weekend. Anyone got any recommendations? thanks!!

Is she in the Caravan Club? They have a site at Cherry Hinton, just outside Cambriddge. Their sites are usually good, so it could be worth a try!

yes she is but I'll mention that site to her. SHe's found a few sites with vacancies but they don't take children on bank holiday weekends!!!! Is that normal?!!

how far from cambridge does she want to go?
there's a great site which is family friendly at Bury St Edmunds, about 30 mins drive from Cambs centre

Leslaki - some sites are adults only (Cherry Hinton isn't) but I've never heard of sites changing the rules at bank holidays. Sounds very odd!
