double or single sleeping bags? plus what to put under them?

Dh& I have separate sleeping bags. Wondered if it is warmer with a double&more room? or does it cause arguments? Thanks
also we have a blow up mattress. Do you use mats under them? and what sort? What about themal sided picnic rugs (someone recommended the) but I can't see any in shops!

I am not a big fan of double sleeping bags as when dh turns over, he sleeping bag strangles me. I am a big fan of taking your own duvet & pillows if possible

I like to be able to warm my ice cold feet on dh when i come back from the toilets at 3am so we have a kingsize one. I put plastic backed picnic rugs under our airbed and we have an adult ready bed too.

single kingsize ones. I feel claustrophobic if I have to share!!

picnic mats and airbeds underneath - but we are investing in campbeds because it can be ffffreezing.
