Green Man - family field or no?

Hello, grateful if anyone has been and can advise.

Am taking DD9 to this festival in a couple of weeks. I'm wondering whether to set up camp in the family field or not. I think I'd almost prefer to deal with late night noise than other people's kids at 6 am but am a bit clueless...! Guidance please...

We've been to GM and going again this year with three children. We've done both family camping and normal camping and both are fine as PPs have said, it's very family friendly and we much prefer it to other festivals that we've been to for that reason. It does feel fairly safe however I wouldn't leave my children on their own to do activities and not even sure I would the 13 yo who gets left at home etc. Also be aware that given the location, phone signal isn't always reliable- just like the weather! It's great though which is why we keep returning.
