Sunelia?

Fourmantent · 27/07/2017 21:10

Vacansoleil or find your campsite and book direct.

reallybadidea · 27/07/2017 21:12

We've booked direct with the campsite many times. It's usually significantly cheaper than Eurocamp.

aramintafatbottom · 27/07/2017 21:12

Lifestyle holidays but I believe they're the same camps as euro camp but cheaper

Bamboofordinneragain · 28/07/2017 06:39

Look at Flower Campings. French chain of small sites, many of which have accommodation. And they are often in quiet areas, away from all the madness of the French holiday season.

Yelloh chain are excellent. Eurocamp have a presence atany of the yelloh sites but we have always booked directly. You dont need to book through eurocamp et al as they just have areas on campsites owned by other people. Often the camp sites retain thebbest areas for their own pitches/ mobile homes too.

At many.....

Hourglasswinter · 28/07/2017 21:37

Also look at the Les Castels sites

Shesaysso · 28/07/2017 21:37

Another vote for Yelloh

Dontlaugh · 28/07/2017 21:41

We've been with all of them and whilst the lesser known chains are ok, Sunelia were the best of that bunch. We still default to Eurocamp, or Yelloh. Eurocamp for the children's camps and Yelloh for the quality. Mind you, Eurocamp need to up their cabin game, they're the shabbiest on all sites we've visited (5 so far).

Dontlaugh · 28/07/2017 21:45

A really good way to do this is look at the Eurocamp brochure, filter out 5* sites and then book directly with the site themselves! Downside is if u want clubs for kids you may miss out on them mixing with own nationality but I always look on that as a bonus myself. Smile

Second Les Castels

sleeplessinselondon · 28/07/2017 22:01

We're currently at La point st Gilles in Brittany which is a sunelia site. Came last year with eurocamp, booked with Sunelia direct this year, slightly cheaper for a much nicer van in a better plot, kids club has both French and English speaking staff too.

Dontlaugh · 28/07/2017 23:20

Is Dennis still full of energy?!

sleeplessinselondon · 30/07/2017 21:01

Grin only just seen this! Yep, Dennis still rocking the kids party 5 nights out of 7 with the Sunny Bug. I found myself contemplating buying the cd in reception yesterday.
