Campsite recommendations in Brittany

We're getting started with camping and have a couple of weekends and short breaks planned for the uk at the beginning of the summer.
We're also planning a first ever trip overseas with the kids and thought a mix of camping and airbnb in Brittany in the second half of August would be ideal.
We're thinking of 3 nights camping somewhere near-ish to St Malo to start then a week in a house followed by another 3 or 4 nights camping a bit further south, maybe down as far as La Rochelle/Bordeaux area.
As novices we don't really know what we're looking for and my shortlist is already getting out of control!
We haven't been to a large site with pools and entertainment before so thought we might try one to see what it's like - but also like the idea of the other being at a smaller less 'touristy' organised kind of place.
Does anyone have any recommendations, or suggestions of good websites to search? I have no clue!!

We've stayed at La Ferme du Latois in Coex, just north of la Rochelle. One of our favourite sites. It's got a great pool and a good kids club but is not really, really touristy - mostly dutch people staying (it's a dutch owned site). Just down the road from it is Le Pin Parasol, which is more "British" and has a jam packed entertainment schedule. Both are within an easy cycle of Lac du Jaunay, which you can swim in. They're within an easy drive of the beaches. We prefer to stay inland a bit as you get more space and are happy to travel as we don't do beach every day.

We stayed at a large excellent site called domain des ormes. Euro camp and Canvas Holidays both go there - lots to do and nice site (though depending on the age of your family I'd suggest not being too close to the central entertainment - it is a big site though)

Just a thought - if you're after a campsite which is just simple and beautiful then milin-kerhe.com/index.html is hard to beat. It's about an hour from Roscoff, maybe 90 mins from St Malo - possibly not in the right direction for you? Anyhow, it's a getting back to nature campsite, next to a river, with kayaking and tree climbing on the menu and not a bouncy castle in sight.

cyclebird - milin kerhe looks wonderful, just what I would love but a bit further west than we were planning to camp this time. Don't suppose you know of any other similar places?
