I keep posting and keep getting a deafening silence.

Has anyone camped near Rome, in Sperlonga or San Felipe Circeo?

Or near Naples?

Need recommendations. Can't seem to find many places with pools!

Near Naples there is this place just outside of Sorrento. I've stayed in a bungalow there, but not camped. It was a good few years ago now, but I loved it. There is a pool and you can walk down to the sea (rocks not beach). www.santafortunata.com/

I've also camped at Santa fortunata a long time ago, I remember shades pitches but very dusty. I can't remember the facilities but it's close to the centre so not much of an isssue. I've also had a wooden chalet at Villagio Verde in Sorrento which has its own un heated pool but very close to town. If you've not been before you may not realise the only 'free' beach near the centre is a tiny shady patch otherwise you will need to pay to access a lot of beaches in Sorrento. Have a look at Nerano which is a little further down the coast but much larger free beach
