Outwell vs kampa 10cm sims

Hi just that really is there any difference other than price between the two brands?

I've got the Outwell dream catcher 10cm and it's as comfortable as my bed at home. It is a bit narrow though and from memory there were other brands that were wider but the reviews of the Outwell swung it for me, Really pleased with mine and just spent 10 comfortable nights on it without having to re inflate it once.
