guidebook camping with trailer tent in Europe

Hi,

We want to drive around Europe for 3 months next summer with a trailer tent, pitching for a week at a time and exploring different places.

Can anyone recommend a good guidebook that's part lonely planet part camp site guide, or do I need to get one of each?

Thinking northern Spain and Portugal , France (for your de France), possibly northern Italy, Austria, Belgium maybe but want to learn more and open to suggestions

We are doing the same but slightly different geography. We are going to Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy and France. We have just bought a trailer tent, booked the ferry and are in the middle of booking campsites. Have you chosen any?
