we have been, we stayed in a caravan rather than a chalet but we enjoyed it.

The site is an old army barrack so it has lots of grass and dunes so great for kids with bikes.
The beaches aren't too far and are absolutly stunning.

the actual site has tonnes to do so if the weather isn't great you won't get bored.

It was a few years back when I went with 6 children and a baby in tow. It was fantastic clean site superb entertainment night and day the day we arrived the children took their bikes to explore the site whilst we unpacked and the three main characters greedy the gorilla rory the lion and anxious the elephant pinched them and rode round on them much to the delight of the children. The beaches are fab although easier to access by car from the town of polperro as quite a steep trek otherwise. Nearby Flambards and lands end are both well worth a visit
