Repairing tent fabric?

Hello, how easy is it to repair a rip in the tent material? Quite a large one, about 10inches.

Also, what do I need to cover a tiny hole in the fabric? About the size of a money spider.

I might cut up an old rain mac to patch it over, then sew or super glue it, not sure if super glue would melt the fabric, test a patch.

That's what I was wondering about superglue Confused

You need a roll of 'tenacious tape'. We got a substantial rip in our tent and sealed it with this tape. It's never leaked since. I always keep a roll in my tent bag now!
