Marina Di Venezia or Union lido

Am going round in circles a bit
Booked flights to go to Venice at the end of May and can't decide between these two campsites- can anyone help?
We would probably go into Venice once or twice, otherwise stay around the campsite and beach

Last hopeful bump - has anyone been to either of these?
Are they MASSIVE? Is the beach nice?

Can't help other than to say we've booked Union Lido but have never been to either. Not very helpful I know!!

How are you getting there?

We're flying to Milan hiring a car then having a couple of days at Gardaland / lake garda then a couple of days near Florence before driving there. Whether it works out, who knows?!

Sounds perfect! Have heard great things about gardaland.

We were in Marina de V last summer. Really enjoyed it ... Excellent site, Great pool complex, opens onto the beach. We hired bicycles (on site), so we could tour around.
Regular boats to Venice, and there was good bus service to/from both airports.
We flew in, bus to site, bicycles for 2 weeks, and on a couple of days we took boat to Venice, and finally bus back to airport.
