What are you looking for in the End of Season camping sales?

I have been casting my eye over some of the sites. Some great tent bargains - but I do not need a tent. Or anything really, and the things I would like will not fit in the car and clash with my simple low-tech camping approach. a camp kitchen / cupboard type thing for example .

I did however buy 15m of brightly coloured rope from TigerTiger for £2. Not suitable for rope swings or anything like that, but excellent for those many other camping rope-based opportunities that crop up. Rigging up a strong line to hang a wet groundsheet over before packing, or for a tarp, making a washing line, wrapping round a tree to make a hanging line for butchers hooks for your pots and pans etc.

I am very pleased with it, I like rope.

I can imagine using your rope to practise sheet bends and half hitches over the winter will keep your camping spirit alive.

We do NOT NEED A THING. Really, we don't. We just need to win the lottery so we can give up work and camp more often.

Although I did buy a collapsible bucket from B&M bargains last month.

I do need a tent as we lost ours to a gale! We're a family of 5 - can you point me in the direction of any bargains?
