Considering France with some friends next year, looking for something with amenities but not too big, with things for 2x 5 year olds and 1 x 3 year old.

Any recommendations please?

We stayed at Camping Utah Beach a couple of years ago. Facilities included playground, bouncy castle, swimming pool, goats and mini golf. It is a few minutes walk from the beach. Pitches were good sized and the toilets and washing facilities were clean. There was an excellent restaurant on site as well!

I have booked a really nice looking campsite in Normandy for May half term.

Small family run, tents only I think without looking again.

Have a look at Camping Les Eaux. We went with 4 year old twins and they loved it.

If you fancied going a similar distance but in the opposite direction (just thinking you might be looking at Normandy because of distance) have a look at Duinrell in Holland.
