Is the Outwell Dreamcatcher worth the ££££?

I do love a cosy night's sleep when I'm camping and was thinking about getting a new bed. The Outwell dreamcatcher has fabulous reviews, but blimey, £170!!!!!

Has anyone got one? Is it worth it? I'm tall and well built so want something strong enough to support me and my DH.

Are there any alternatives you'd recommend?

Thank you!

It's awesome!
Have on top of the posodas double and I sleep as well as I do at home

Wait, is this their double SIM?

I may have a cheaper alternative...

Yes, ours is a double SIM

Alpkit Double Dozer is the same depth (7.5cm) but is £90.

We've got one based on its predecessor (wide airic) that was brilliant.

DM's got the Outwell one and rates it.

The Alpkit one is 3 cm narrower, 2 cm shorter and is heavier and bulkier when packed.

So it'd be an extra £80 for slightly larger and more compact.

I couldn't compare their warmth or comfort though. (Not till next summer!)
