Campsite for trailer tent with outdoor activities nearby

A couple of friends and I want to go away for a weekend in September. We have a trailer tent and need somewhere within a few hours of North Norfolk.
We're hoping to find somewhere that has a few activities such as kyacking or climbing we can try (would need to hire equipment/instructors)

Any suggestions please?

Hunstanton is quite a good area to check out.

Presume you mean a few hours drive from North Norfolk - I would go to the Peaks.

We go to Upper Booth campsite - road not too narrow, cars allowed in the camping field so you would get your trailer tent in easily enough and Field Head where I am not sure that you can take your car anywhere near your tent (could be wrong) so maybe not for you.

We take our own gear so have never used it but there is an outdoor activity place at Hathersage which is probably 20 miles away.

My brother lives up that way too so that's a bonus as I would get to pop in and I don't see him enough.

We had a trailer tent before we moved and absolutely loved the freedom it gave us.
