Beware of Trident Towing

Steer clear of Trident Towing unless you want terrible customer service!

Ordered some parts on Monday on understanding they were needed at 8.30am today (Wed) so needed to be delivered yesterday.

They didn't arrive. TT lied & blamed the delay on Parcel Force but when they eventually gave me the tracking number I realised that a) they were sent over 24h later than they said and b) they were sent on a 48h service not a 24h.

Won't be using them again!

I saw this post on FB. What do you have against trident? This is one small incident that doesn't deserve such a dramatic response or review.

I've dealt with Trident towing several times and have had nothing but excellent service from them. Companies make the odd mistake, mess up sometimes but they don't deserve this.

If you're going to go to all this effort to complain then do it about something that matters like poverty, cuts and abuse.

I've used them before and been very happy with them.

That is dishonest, saying it would be 24 hour but making it 48. I'd be asking for a discount

Mumsnet h q please take this down has I feel it is over the top and vindictive. On the other hand it has made me feel a bit sorry for this business and feel tempted to buy some caravan spares ( don't actually own a caravan ....)

sorry you had a bad experience, but I think you're being unreasonable badmouthing them all over the internet
