Having just forked out a small fortune on our campervan over the winter I really fancy getting away this Easter. Does anyone have a good campsite recommendation for the Peak District? :)

Yes, Field Head or Upper Booth Farm.

Check whether Field Head has a bit where you can drive in though, we always carry our gear to a quiet pitch and I can't remember whether they have somewhere for camper vans.

At Upper Booth you drive onto the camping field so should be fine if they take vans.

Lovely site at Blackwell in the Peak called Beech Croft Farm.
We stayed there a couple of years ago, great site. Was all booked to go again last July but had to cancel as ds3 broke his leg and was stuck in hospital on traction for summer hols instead!
Have also camped at Lime Tree Park , Buxton. Also a great site, good facilities etc.

Ooh thank you some of those look lovely. It's been a long time since I've been to that area so I don't know it particularly well!
