Somewhere in Germany that's similar to Annecy?

We have camped before near Annecy and loved the lake, the municipal swimming area, etc and would like to try somewhere in Germany now.

Does anyone know anywhere in a similar style please? Was thinking the Black Forest area but recommendations of areas/campsites would be very helpful! Thanks!

Yes. Lindau on Lake Constance.

We've not stayed but driven around the area. Great for biking if that is your thing and easy to pop over to Switzerland , Liechtenstein and Austria if you fancy a day out.
