Not done both but have stayed at Sanguli and loved it.

The beach is just over the road. The town has everything you need and the site is well laid out with good pools & fun entertainment.

The station is a few minutes walk so we did a day trip to Barcelona. We also had a multi day pass to Portaventura so went loads after 4pm when it was really quiet as was only a few minutes down the road.

Get air-con as it is very hot there! We went with Al-Fresco.
