Solo camping adventure, cut short but a total success :-)

I achieved my first ever solo camping trip on Monday and Tuesday of this week, it was lovely, very quiet but lovely !!

I had to cut it short because I had to rescue Dd3 from Scout Camp which was half expected and the main reason I was in Devon but I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

I found 2 lovely beaches for 2 lovely swims and ate fish and chips looking at the boats in a nearby harbour.

I would recommend the experience to anyone who needs a bit of downtime

Glad you had a great time, it sounds bliss. Is dd3 ok? Did you incorporate her into your last two nights, of just go home?
