I have decided that next year I will take my Dh on a mystery weekend camping without children. (I like the thought of sex under canvas)

Please would you help me with choosing the
campsite?

I would like somewhere that has really great facilities, in the southern part of England/Wales and has big pitches.

Any ideas suggestions?

I will post this question on UKCampsite shortly.

TIA

Newton Mill near Bath has spot on facilities, a bar onsite and is only 15 mins walk from city centre. It's quite regimented, but there's one really ACE pitch under some trees and next to the river... If you want to know the pitch number give me the wink!

(I'm keeping it quiet otherwise!!)

Thanks everyone. I am sorry not to reply sooner but I am one of the MN users who only have access during my working hours

I shall have at look in book campsites, as they are both great locations for me/us as near to home.

Thanks again, you have made an old lady (me) very happy
