Anyone stayed at Le P'tit Bois nr San Malo? How did you book?

I've got a price via the camping and caravanning club, then went direct to the campsite's website. To book directly was half the price of the C&C site.

But ............. I'm worried I'm missing something. Can the C&C really be making a huge mark up, or am I misreading the site's website?

Any experience welcome :-)

Not sure about the CCC but we used Eurocamp when DS was smaller (I preferred the presence of an English courier on site when travelling with a small DC and very little French)
Now DS is older I am preparing to book direct and the mark ups are catastrophically large on occasions as you are paying for all their admin and a slice of profit on top. I dread to think how much I could have saved myself over the years Hmm

Thank you for your experience.

It looks like it could be possible that the c&c are making a huge mark-up. I think I'll try phoning the site tomorrow and hope they speak English Grin

I would email if I were you. I figure that if they do speak English (they always do) they will find it easier to read and reply to an email than a phone conversation, and you have a written record of what they say (just in case!)

why did I not think of sending an email? I think my brain has been fried from spending hours trawling through campsite and Eurotunnel websites.

Many thanks, an email has been sent Smile
