Les Genets or Clarys Plage anyone stayed in either?

We will be camping and have dds 12 and 3 they love swimming and evening entertainment/disco.
I want to be able to walk to a beach and not take car.
I also wondered about naice toilet shower blocks.
Anyone been? I'm all "trip advisored"out here

We stayed at Les Genets but some years back now - and the kids loved it. The outdoor pool was warm! Lifeguards not very vigilant so they were allowed to slide down the middle bits of the slides too!

Can't speak for loo block as we stayed in a Matthews Mobile home.

We looked into Clarys Palge (right next door) and it was definitely more of an upmarket feel and bigger, but the kids preferred the pool at Les Genets.

Beach was just up the road, but car was used to explore the wider area. (We only go to sites now where walking to the beach is possible).

Yes we prefer to walk everywhere.
Both sites are more geared up for statics so I'm worried that the facilities won't be up to much.
