Campsite recommendation end of cornwall?

I've trawled through UKcampsite but can't find a campsite which stands out. Looking for around St Ives / Hayle / Helston (not up as far as Newquay though). Need loos, showers - plus a play area is a must (2 young kids). Any recommendations?

Have you looked at 'Seaview holiday park' Sennen, Lands End.

Several friends have recommended Polmanter in St Ives as being really good.

Have at look at Henry's. Beautiful site on The Lizard, no play ground as such but lots to explore, field of llamas, duck pond, little wooden play house and lots of nooks and crannies. Great fun, sea views and also on the edge of the village so shops, pubs, cafés etc all in walking distance. I have written a review of it here They also hire out fire pits.

Silver Sands on the Lizard would tick all those boxes and is walking distance (depending on age/disposition of your kids) to Kennack Sands which is a very child friendly beach.
We had a brilliant time there last year with our kids and one other family (kids aged 1-7).

Little Trevothan Campsite Here at Coverack is heavenly.

Failing that, Chy Carne at Kennack sands is very good as well.

We tend to avoid St Ives these days as it is just impossibly busy.

st. ives bay in hayle is lovely. right on the sand dunes (it does get a little windy though depending on where you camp).
