next weekend will be our last camping exped this year [sad]

And it will be time to tidy everything away, wash everything and then spend the winter looking at camping websites wistfully.

Will have spent a month under canvas this year in total!

(have just bought 4 camping pillows and a micro towel to try out from wildday today......oh the anticipation!)

We have just come back from 2 weeks camping the kids had the time of their lives, i just love wakeing up to the out door sounds and smells sad isn't it.

Will you not go away for the odd weekend in September or October? (ie, when it will be warm and sunny again)

we may well be doing that haveing an extention starting on tuesday plus some friends have just brought a tent as well but my husband has to work every other weekend

Might think about a weekend away, but in general we tend to stop with the August bank holiday. Dh doesn't have any leave left
