Our tent has had its maiden voyage!

For 1 night only, our little 2 man tent was put up in the garden on holiday as a test run and DH and DD slept in it - was so easy to put up (literally 5 mins, couldn't believe it) and we are now planning to buy a bigger, family tent and really get into it.

Can't wait

I always said I wanted to wait until DS was 3 (he's 2 now) but now I want to get into it

yay for you mamag. we just bought a big family tent but hAVE no tried it out yet...hoping for good weather to return. got an outwell indiana 6.my los are 5 months and 2 years. have been a few times with friends and it worked better than we thought, plus much cheaper holidays in the lng run.

We went camping to a fab place last week for four nights - Banham Zoo in Norfolk - you must go when you get your camping gear. See my thread about it on the camping topic.
