Pro Action Canberra 3 Room Tent - can anybody tell me if these are any good?

I've seen this tent on offer and it looks really roomy. Just wondering if anyone has one and what they think of it?
(there are only 4 of us and it supposedly sleeps 12, but you'd never actually want to have 12 people permanently in your tent would you and one of the rooms would be handy for storage.)
