any tips for putting it up? (I haven't even got the instructions out of the box yet, I thought I'd ask you guys for the things the instructions don't tell you)

Watch your fingers when attaching the clips to the poles - trapping skin hurts!!!
Open doors when putting it up to allow air through - makes it easier IMO

OK, will do! (if it ever stops raining)

Yep will agree with that...there aren't much by way of instructions.Just put the poles together flat on the floor to make 4 frames, open the doors and then lift the first one and do one at a time . Seemed to work for us anyway.
It's a lovely tent..looks like we will be testing out how waterproof it is this weekend too

agree with others. This is what works for us..
peg the bottom, at least loosely
insert the curvy roof poles
lay out the side poles where they are going to go, but only connect up the first set of side poles(ie the end away from the big door)
hoist the first end and guy it
insert next set of side poles, hoist them and guy them
then you are up and running.

We've got one too!! Have a look at this site

www.outwell.co.uk/

click on Montana 6 and you can watch a couple put it up and take it down again - it doesn't show you them putting it back into the little bag though -isn't that surprising?!

Have put ours up twice and it`s ok once the first set of poles are up, they are quite heavy(for me anyway). biggest prob is getting the thing dried out now we are home as takes up most of garden!
