Recommendations for site near Stratford

We have friends who live in the south and we are in the north so want to meet halfway for camping trip at Easter so thought around Stratford area.
We prefer EHU and a bar on site if poss.
Also DH prefers being near water and we normally camp by the sea so a site near a river would be good.

Stratford in East London or Stratford upon Avon?

Stratford upon Avon or somewhere between Essex and Manchester!

There is a site by the racecourse which I have looked at but some of the reviews have put me off

Have also seen Bosworth Water park in Leics which looks ok too

I'm looking for somewhere between Manchester, London and Oxfordshire!
