from here

What do you think? 5 of us for a weekend tent.

Anyone used that online shop?

Am reliably informed by UK Camp Site that Campus are owned by Kyham.

Think DH might be persuaded too!

Thanks, Sally. DH says no to a factory second, and I've worked hard to convince him

Am planning on getting a double airbed for us and ready beds for the children. Do you think they'd be warm enough?

Also looking at one of these for dining.

Kids will sit at the table and DH and I have those canvas folding chairs.

I've got one of thise and they are not that good tbh. I can't see ours lasting out this year (got it last year) and will get a folding table instead.

Gillian76 · 31/07/2006 09:13

Not the tent, mb?

Take it you're talking about the folding table?

no, I'm on about the folding table. They wobble a lot, and when the kids sit down the table wobbles more and things get spilled etc.

I've not found ours to be that dood, too flimsy

Gillian76 · 31/07/2006 10:13

Hmmm... Was thinking about the space issue.

What's the other option? Folding table and separate chairs?

I think I saw one on ebay with folding stools.

OK, tent is ordered!

As is Coleman double airbed and Outwell version of the folding picnic table thingy. Both from Outdoor mega store.

Have also reserved 2 of these for older 2 children. DS already has a Thomas Ready Bed.

Am getting very excited!

Ooh we like that tent too- on our weekender list with the Monty now

We got a high gear roll up table a few weeks back which we use with our normal chairs (Dh can't get me out of my Cath Kidston - which may I point out is weathering far better than the others we bought for the same price elsewhere...). Table is FAB, aluminium, sturdy, sizeable.

Gillian76 · 03/08/2006 16:10

Well tent has arrived and is up in the back garden. Very pleased

We are planning a night or two away beginning of next week
