Camping south west france st jean de Luz?

Very undecided about the summer hols! Already have a thread about the med coast but now looking at the south west, perhaps st Jean de luz or hossager . Any recommendations or experience?

We will be in a tent, want nice pool and a bit going on for the kids, DS1 was disappointed not to make friends last year. Would like to hire bikes and ideally be cycling distance from beach and town. DS both started to sail last summer so that would be good ( st jean and hossager stand out as both have sheltered coastal areas) kids will be 10, 7 and 3.

Any other suggestions welcome, just can't decide! Went to la palmyre last year which we loved.

We stayed at camping le ruisseau near bidart last summer, kids loved it. It's just up the coast from st jean de luz

Thanks I have just been looking at that, looks great, couple of questions, was it easy to walk/ cycle to the town and beach? Do they enforce the min 8 years on the water slides, 1 DS1 will be 10, DS2 7 and the 7 year old will be very upset if he can't go on anything! Finally is it easy to get to st jean de luz and Biarritz? Do you have to drive or is there a bus?

Had decided to stay at le ruisseau but just read some awful reviews about the tent area, anyone with any experience?
