Don't think you can convert the belt its self but you can get replacement kits.

ooo ooo - i know about this - but not much else
what van is it?
have done it to vw's - both air cooled T2's and 25's. you need to buy 3 point belts with an adjustable angle thingy on it. you fit belt and then set pointer to up. this allows them to work cos they have to point forward at an angle to get over the seat.
the make i have used is Securon. they retail for about £30 ish. is a cheap after market maker.
depends on your seat/bed set up for lower points but all the anchor points are there.

our van has three point I think, do you mean instead of lap belts, our T2 recently had two belts put in the back, we now have four in the back altogether. It cost us about £140 to have it done but we could have done it ourselves for just the cost of the belts which is around 3o ish quid each.

oops - just remembered something. most of the securon belts come with a steel cable type stalk on the plug in part of the belt. depends on age of camper, but if you are using rear set as a bed then you need the webbing type stalk so it can lay flat under the seat when the bed is down. i found the belts varied depending on age - have been doing em for a while - but can be swapped for webbing type that use the same buckle.....have reverted back to drivvel again

mykidsmum · 04/07/2006 23:44

we have them ones I think

singledadofthree · 04/07/2006 23:47
