West Cornwall campsite with play area?

DH and I prefer small, basic campsites with views but this year went to a small holiday park with a little indoor pool and fab playground. The DCs loved it and it gave us a little bit of peace. The highlight of their holiday was playing with the other kids. But it wasn't really what me and DH would have chosen.

Has anyone been to a West Cornwall (Lizard/Sennen/Falmouth) campsite with sea views and a play park? Somewhere with less of a static caravan/holiday park feel but with an area for little ones to congregate?

We went to Namparra on the Lizard for a while this summer. It is very basic, close to Kennack Sands, campfires permitted, views ok but not spectacular. The kids mixed really well because there was a large trampoline set into the ground at one side of the field. Nothing else really but it did serve as a beacon to the children and once they got to know one another they played happily for ages, even in the rain! Blue Hills in St Agnes has views but is not so close to Sennen, not sure about kids play park. Treen has good reviews - thats closer to Sennen but haven't personally camped there.

Kelynack just outside St Just! My DH's lone getaway was ruined by going there during the school holidays, only to find it absolutely heaving with kids and dogs. The worst time was when the kids had to go to bed - their whining would then set all the dogs off.

Seriously, it is a good site for children, and I'm not surprised many families wanting to stay in this area choose it. There's a play area with equipment, a small shop on site, and a van that does cooked breakfasts and evening meals. The site is flat and sheltered. It's just outside St Just, which is small but has all the shops and services you will need. The surrounding countryside and coast is beautiful. Lands End is not far away, and although it's a bit of a theme park, I hear that children really enjoy the attractions there.

DH and I will just go there outside peak times in future, and decamp to the more basic sites (like Noongallas) during the high season!

(desperately flapping and shushing sowhat re: Noongallas). Don't tell anyone about them!

Nooo, Noongallas is awful, really, they are 'not handy' for anywhere, and anyone drinking, singing or having a good time round their campfire are quickly dispatched to the 'Quarantine Field'.
