Gutted! Had to return my brand new Outwell wolf lake 7 :-(

Due to numerous faults with the tent that we found on our maiden trip we have had to send it back to the shop we purchased it from.They have been very helpful and were shocked it had so many faults and have tried to get a new one for us but some of the parts wont be available till Feb. We have other trips booked before then so have asked for a refund.
We are looking to get another poly cotton family tent with at least 3 bedrooms ,large living area.Any ideas?

Wasn't there someone on here selling their Outwell Wolf just recently? Perhaps there is a deal to be struck? Or surely another retailer will have it in stock?

I had to return three Outwell Nevadas for various faults. I would have chosen something different but we had the accessories and they were not returnable. Do Outwell have a quality control problem? I put our experience down to bad luck.

Sparky- on the look out for any other poly- cotton family tent now. Think our experience with wolflakes have turned him off.

Celtic- that's interesting. I was thinking we just had bad luck but clearly there IS an issue with quality control .

We have a cotton eureka tent which we love. Have done 34 nights in it this year and been super in all weathers. The only downside is that most are 2 bedrooms, I know the grand at the bottom has 3 but one is a single. The bedrooms are however large, we have one side and our children (aged 4+) share the other. Yeomans were selling them here but can't see them on the website now.
