barcelona...what to wear in the evening?

Want to avoid checking in a bag so baggage is restricted somewhat.I've heard it's quite smart...do I need to take heels and a dress?

You only have to dress up if you're going to posh places ... I only took jeans and t shirts with me and didn't get chucked out of anywhere!

God you lucky thing. Barcelona is my favourite place in the world. Be careful of the street crime though and keep you credit card down your bra.
