Campsite in Whitstable?

Any recommendations for a campsite in Whitstable, walking distrance to town / harbour / beach if poss, needs to have basic facilities (toilets and showers) But we don't need entertainment, pool or spa!

Oooh, Fio, yes - it's pure fantasy atm - but you never know...IF we could find a house that we could pay for with the equity of our London house, we could maybe do it so that I could give up work!
We need 3 bed, good primary, some garden, beach or busy centre location rather than middle of large housing estate.
