Our UK Camping forum has all the information you need on finding the right equipment for your tent or caravan.

Can any experienced campers confirm (or not) this theory?

Apparently camping for a week can reset your body clock

What's the anecdotal evidence? I bet the researchers didn't have kids with them.... Grin

Not a camper. But if people stop following the clock and live without, they naturally revert to a 25 hr cycle rather than a 24 hr one. Think its called the Circadium (sp?) rythym, IIRC. May be connected, if people are a bit 'looser' about time IUSWIM.

I once camped in the Arctic circle for a couple of weeks in midsummer and it seriously messed with my bodyclock. I would be falling asleep for catnaps any time of day, which is something I never do. I think the fact that it never went dark really confused my brain.
