Is there such a thing as an inflatable bed that doesn't deflate?

I took the DDs camping recently and really enjoyed it except sleeping on the floor with just a sleeping bag! I would like to buy a tent so we can go away regularly but not unless it can be at least a bit more comfortable.

TIA

there's self inflating mats which you can get for as low as a tenner each

We use those types of mats and they are surprisingly comfortable.

We have fought a losing battle over many years with deflating airbeds. I could have bought two (wildly expensive) thermarests or probably more with the money we have spent on buying replacements while we are away. But DH prefers them to SIMs and i also find them comfortable when they are (briefly) not punctured, so we persevere. Unless aerobeds are immune I dont think there are any inflatables which will last the distance.

Go for SIMs as others suggest.

Our nothing-special Campingaz inflatable mattress has been fine; it sometimes needs a top-up after 5 nights or so. It's about 5 years old now.

Don't SIMs have to be stored inflated? I did think about replacing ours with one but we'd have a problem knowing where to store it out of season.
