Eurocamp Italy car seats- advice please

Hello! I'm meant to be in eurocamp in franch this week but dd has chicken pox! Gutted but we have rebooked and now we're going to Italy, very excited. We're flying but have a 2 hr coach journey to the site. Dd is
Nearly 2. What's the deal with car seats in coaches in Italy? Be really grateful of anyone has experience of this- should I bring one? Or just a booster? First eurocamp trip ad first toddler holiday! Thanks.

Don't know about on a coach, but when we've hired cars abroad and requested car seats they've been atrocious. Not up to UK standards. Would take my own if I needed one again. Hth.

Well in the UK coaches don't have to have car seats so assume there won't need any in Italy. Nor seat belts to attach a booster even if you took out

Thanks for the replies, I think I'll probably bring one anyway just in case we decide to get a taxi instead, just easier for peace of mind.
