The SIMs are back for £14 and those great mats with the holes in that are really handy at the entrance to your tent for keeping out the mud!

The fleecy rugs are a bit diddy though - 130 x 150cm

Solar chargers, camp beds, .......

Go shop!

Bugger. We go away on Friday.

Lotkinsgonecurly · 29/05/2013 09:33

We've got an electric coolbox, very handy. Stuff doesstay nice and cool. Just dont leave it plugged in when stopping for coffee in the middle of france on a sunday. It was a long wait!!

BellaBearisWideAwake · 29/05/2013 09:35

great, thanks!

MummyPigsFatTummy · 29/05/2013 10:01

LifeofPo - be careful with the kitchen stand thingy - the concertina ones like ALDI are selling are terrible finger traps and a bit of a bugger to put up (I speak from bitter experience). There are other types of stand available which are a lot easier to use.

We bought one of their camping cupboards last year but, again, whilst good and useful, next time I will definitely spend a bit more and get one of the folding ones - the whole slotting poles into plastic cups thing is a bit of a pain and one of the cups already has a split in it.

Electric coolbox looks just like the one we got from Waeco though for much more money and it comes witrh a 3 year guarantee - looks great.

The coolboxes always get very positive reviews on here and other camping forums - great value for money.

I was wondering if the solar charger was worth a punt - would we get enough sunshine for it to work???????????

ahhh thanks! we're actually camping this weekend but I may nip out in the morning... google says nearest Aldi is a 20 min journey away.

Quenelle · 29/05/2013 13:51

I'm interested in the solar charger too. They cost twice that in Maplins. We're going to the South of France so hopefully will find some sun.

I'm impressed with the three year warranty on some stuff.

Ruprekt · 29/05/2013 14:25

Looks like some good stuff on there!

Any experience out there with the sleeping bags / dryer / solar charger?

TIA

shirazplease · 31/05/2013 12:05

anybody?

rubylovescheese · 31/05/2013 23:50

the kids had the head torches last year they were great value. I want the rubber mats rhis year for outside the tent.

myBOYSareBONKERS · 03/06/2013 21:53

Did anyone get the mats? Just wondering what they are made of? Was thinking of getting the ones without holes and using them under the SIM for more padding and warmth . . . .

Yonihadtoask · 03/06/2013 21:55

LIdl had camping toilets in today.

SilverSixpence · 06/06/2013 09:04
