Do I need to re proof my polyester tunnel tent?

This is the third year we have had out Khyam montreal tunnel tent and wondered if i need to coat it with anything to keep it weatherproof?
If so, what?

It is a good idea to maintain the waterproofness of the seams with something like Fabsil, you can get it in most outdoor or camping stores or something like it. Take it with you when you next camp and give it a quick spray once the tent is pitched. The seams are the most likely place to leak!
