Please hurry summer I need to use my Soulpad!

Anybody else out there fed up with this miserable weather and spending any free time lusting after new camping gear and camp sites?

We've (finally) indulged in a 5m Soulpad with genie, got my grubby little mitts on an Obelink tarp, made metres and metres of bunting, fairly lights at the ready and literally just ordered a Cadac Safari Chef LP.

AND I NOW NEED TO USE IT ALL!!!!

Haven't even managed to erect (that still makes me giggle, immaturity alert) said tent yet as the garden is a swamp.

Does anybody else feel my pain?

But yes, I share your pain. We were camping near Brid on 22/23rd March last year. It was reasonably warm and I wore shorts n everythng!

Capiche. We just got a 3 metre one, we had an Obelink 4m deluxe but sold it a couple of years ago as I felt guilty, having never been camping in it.

I wish I'd kept it now - but the 3m will be less heavy at any rate.

We got the 5m Genie last year but only used it once as the weather was so crap from May onwards. Also managed to get a hole in it as we put the dog's crate too near the edge and the wind made the canvas rub against the sharp corner :(

Hoping for some actual sun this year so we can use it more.
