free/cheap overnight parking in Plymouth?

Can anyone recommend a car park or such like where we can stay overnight in our motorhome in or near Plymouth please?

We're hoping to go to the fireworks championships in August but don't want to stay in a campsite as we will be out all day and evening.

Once stayed in the car park below Whitsand Bay Hotel, Port Wrinkle. It might be a Bit further out than required but has lovely view to wake up to. You pay the man in the little beach cafe there. Think it cost us £3. Beach right below you, it's lovely.

I think the car park off Mutley Plain (near the railway line and old Royal Eye Infirmary) has 24 hr parking. Might be worth trying the train station too. Otherwise, you should be able to find street parking within a 20 min walk of the Hoe.

Alternatively, you're welcome to park outside our house but we are a 15 min taxi/bus rise away from the city centre.Grin

Dartmoor. If you park up near lee moor, you are able to watch the fireworks as well.
