One night easy camping near London

Our DS wants to have a night camping before he starts school later in the month. We were thinking of going this Sunday night and hiring a ready and waiting bell tent/tipi somewhere near London. Anyone have any recommendations? Not luxury glamping, but family friendly (also have a toddler) and not too far from London.Thanks!

welsummercamping.com near Maidstone could fit the bill depending on what part of London you are in. It's super family friendly, hires bell tents and is in 2 small meadows.

I would second welsummer. Also, www.palacefarm.com is nice. Family friendly. Allows fires (though their logs can be a bit damp). Hires Tipis and there is a fantastic butcher around the corner.

Hurley riverside, nr Maidenhead is lovely and child/toddler friendly.
We've just had a weekend there in the sun !
