Anyone bought a new sleeping bag recently?

I'm in the market for a new sleeping bag - I'm not fussed about a particular style or shape, and it doesn't need to be an uber-special winter survival one. I just need need NEED it to have a cotton lining and not horrible polyester. Everything I see is either very cheap and synthetic or very expensive (but nice).

Any suggestions for a cheapish-but-good one? Thanks!

Most mid-range decent sleeping bags don't have cotton linings, sadly - I feel your pain. You might want to consider getting a cotton or silk liner instead to work around this? I saw one sleeping bag this year with a cotton lining but it was brushed soft cotton, and the bag was very bulky and fairly pricey, around 50 quid I think.

I totally agree FOS. I have a lovely wide sleeping bag but unfortunately it's not cotton. John Lewis however sell these lovely ones www.johnlewis.com/231609974/Product.aspx but as gentle mentioned before, they are more pricey.

A liner! How did I not think of that? Thanks, wise ones.
