We've just been camping overnight. Second time with this tent, only the third night.
We managed to wreck the main door zip - it kept getting caught in the waterproof flappy thing, and on freeing it for the tenth time the zip just stopped connecting with itself. We had to velcro the door shut and freeze for the rest of the night
Then I did something much more stupid. I'd been using the stove on a table just inside the tent and once I'd finished I left it a bit too close to the side of the tent. A breeze picked up and the tent walls started flapping a little bit, touched the hot stove and melted two little holes [slaps forehead].
So...is it worth having the zip replaced and patching the holes?
I'm going to email Vango to see what they say, but I expect it will be expensive.
